I have been teaching Pilates for 18 years.
I started in London after gaining extensive training in both mat based and equipment Pilates with the APPI (London) and Stott Pilates (USA). I went on to become a teacher trainer for the APPI, travelling around the UK instructing Physiotherapists in rehabilitation exercise.
